It is very exclusive or terribly extravagant elsewhere. The Dom Hotel welcomes you with a very comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Once you stayed at our house, you will come back. During the history of our house the emperor Maximillinan I of Habsburg stayed in the previous building – this is a commitment on style- and comfortstandarts.
The Dom Hotel today resides on the site of the former Cathedral Presbytery. A memorial tablet, an artistic work of gothic stonemasonery, at the entrance tells a lot about the history of the cathetral quarter and the erstwhile building.
You will like the great view on the Dom from many of our rooms or our breakfast patio, the historical reminiscences and the pleasant architecture of our building.

Location and furnishing
In the heart of Augsburg
The Dom Hotel is located very close to the city center. Our location is nevertheless set apart and in a quiet area, without loud traffic noise.
Parking spaces are available in front of the building and in our own underground car park with double parking spaces behind the building. You can charge your electric car at some of the spaces in our garage. Alternatively, there is a public car park at Jesuitengasse 10. Your bicycle or e-bike will also be safe in our bicycle storage room.
A conference room for our guests is available.

The Dom Hotel will also spoil you because of its special location. It is totally central and at the same time peaceful. There are parking spaces available: You can leave your car in the hotel garage parking lot or internal courtyard. After all, you don’t need your car if you wisch to visit the Augsburg city center. The city itself, with its Renaissance Town Hall, its pedestrian shopping zone with everything you need or the other sights worth seeing in Augsburg such as the “Puppenkiste” puppet theater, the Roman Museum or the famous Fuggerei are all within easy distance.
The tram is only a few steps away from the Dom Hotel and the central station only a few minutes away on foot, both reached easily and quickly.
